　　入選理由：重點(diǎn)話題，也很久沒考了，既然上一次考了科技類，7月份又考了N多次政府類話題，主流話題里面基本就剩下教育類最近沒怎么考了，因此13號(hào)出現(xiàn)的可能性不小。
